Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and his longtime partner, Georgina Rodriguez, have officially tied the knot in a private ceremony in Cascais, Portugal.
The intimate wedding brought an end to their decade-long relationship, with the couple’s five children reportedly present to celebrate the special occasion.
Ronaldo, 41, confirmed the marriage on social media by sharing a photo of their hands displaying their wedding rings alongside a simple message: “C ❤️ G.”
The couple first met in 2016 when Georgina was working at a Gucci store in Madrid. Since then, they have built a high-profile family and become one of the world’s most recognisable celebrity couples.
Georgina, 32, has also established herself as an influencer and television personality through her Netflix series I Am Georgina, which offers a glimpse into the family’s lifestyle, fashion and travels.
Ronaldo, who currently plays for Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr, has enjoyed a legendary football career with Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus, winning the Ballon d’Or five times.
The couple’s wedding follows their engagement announcement exactly one year ago, bringing a new chapter to their long-running love story.
