Experts to Examine AI's Impact on Jobs and Business Growth at Lagos Summit

Business executives, human resource professionals, entrepreneurs, and policymakers will gather in Lagos this October for the 2026 edition of the Beyond HR Conference to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping workplaces and influencing business success.
The two-day event, organised by HR Talent Hub in partnership with DAC Consulting, will be held under the theme "Beyond HR: Leadership, Growth and Business Success."
The conference will focus on the growing influence of AI, automation, hybrid work models, and evolving employee expectations, while providing practical strategies to help organisations remain competitive in an increasingly digital economy.
Founder and Lead Consultant of HR Talent Hub, Dr. Omotola Dayo-Adedapo, said organisations must ensure that workforce planning and talent development are closely aligned with overall business objectives.
According to her, rapid technological changes and shifting workplace expectations require leaders to adopt innovative approaches that strengthen productivity, improve decision-making, and support long-term organisational growth.
Since its launch in 2024, the Beyond HR Conference has become a platform for business leaders to exchange ideas, share best practices, and discuss solutions to workplace challenges across different industries.
This year's programme will feature keynote presentations, executive conversations, panel discussions, networking sessions, and the annual HR Excellence Awards, which recognise individuals and organisations driving innovation and leadership in human resource management.
